Discovery Call 

After you send over your inquiry with information about your project we will schedule a complimentary discovery call so that I can get all the details needed to assure that we are the right fit for your project! 

PHASE I 

Initial Consultation

Once our discovery call is complete we will move on to a pre-paid 1 hour initial consultation. Here I will have you bring project inspiration and a list of your wants + needs for your new space. 

PHASE II

Schematic Design 

Here is where I will be putting together initial ideas + concepts for your project in the form of sketches, material finishes and some preliminary selections. We will review a schematic presentation together to make sure things are going in the right direction! 

PHASE III

Final Design 

Once schematics are approved, we are on our way to selecting your final design selections! Woohoo!

PHASE IV

YAY! Final design selections are approved and design + construction documents are being prepared to be shared with your contractor to get your project started! 

PHASE V

Project + Design Management 

As a Mountain Ave client, you get to sit back and relax and let us order + manage all of your design selections. 

PHASE VI

Installation 

This is the best part! Final walkthroughs, installation, and final photos happen here + your project is complete!
